1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Application means the Bhakti Plus mobile application provided by the Company.
• Website means Bhakti Plus, accessible at https://bhaktiplus.in.
• Service means the Website, Application, content, features, subscriptions, and related services provided by Bhakti Plus.
• Company, We, Us, or Our means Mars Labs, Pandit House, Gupta Gali, Bajrangbali Chowk, Sarkanda, Godda, Jharkhand, India.
• You or User means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• Content means devotional wallpapers, mantras, lyrics, WhatsApp status content, images, text, audio, video, graphics, and other material made available through the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Bhakti Plus, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

3. About Bhakti Plus

Bhakti Plus is a devotional content platform that may provide spiritual wallpapers, mantras, devotional lyrics, shareable status content, and related features. The Service is intended for devotional, informational, inspirational, and personal entertainment purposes only.

4. Account Registration and Phone Authentication

Some features may require you to create an account or verify your phone number using OTP authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately.

5. Subscriptions, Trial, and Payments

Bhakti Plus may offer paid subscriptions, including a trial period. Subscription details, pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be displayed before purchase.

• Bhakti Plus may offer a 3-day trial, subject to availability and eligibility.
• The monthly subscription price may be ₹399 per month, unless changed or shown differently at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment partners, UPI, Google Play Billing, or other supported payment methods.
• We do not store your full payment card, UPI PIN, banking credentials, or sensitive payment authentication details.

Any taxes, platform fees, payment gateway charges, or other applicable charges may be applied according to the payment method or platform used.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy and the rules of the payment platform used for purchase.

If you purchased through Google Play, cancellation and refund handling may be subject to Google Play policies. If you purchased directly through Bhakti Plus or a payment gateway, you may contact us at support@bhaktiplus.in.

Stopping use of the Service does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription through the relevant platform or method used for purchase.

7. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or Content without permission;
• use automated scraping, bots, or data extraction tools;
• attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• upload, share, or transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing material;
• misuse devotional content in a way that is intentionally offensive, misleading, or unlawful;
• violate any applicable law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right.

8. Intellectual Property

The Bhakti Plus name, logo, design, interface, software, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Some devotional content may be based on traditional, public-domain, licensed, AI-generated, or third-party-sourced material. We make reasonable efforts to respect intellectual property rights and remove infringing content when notified.

9. Copyright Complaints

If you believe any content on Bhakti Plus infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us with:

• your name and contact details;
• a description of the copyrighted work or right being infringed;
• the exact URL, screenshot, or location of the disputed content;
• proof of ownership or authorization;
• a statement that the information provided is accurate.

Send copyright complaints to support@bhaktiplus.in. We may remove or restrict access to disputed content while reviewing the complaint.

10. User Content

If the Service allows you to upload, submit, save, comment, or share content, you remain responsible for that content. You must ensure that your content does not violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and use that content only for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, analytics providers, authentication providers, app stores, hosting providers, and external websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or actions of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, improve, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk for other users, or if required by law or platform policy.

After termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Certain provisions, such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and payment obligations, will continue where applicable.

14. Disclaimer

The Service and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Bhakti Plus provides devotional and informational content but does not guarantee spiritual, religious, personal, financial, health, or legal outcomes.

We do not warrant that all content will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user’s belief, tradition, or personal preference.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months immediately preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

17. Privacy

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Jharkhand, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.

19. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve genuine concerns.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
