You can ask Bhakti Plus to delete your account and personal data by sending a verified request to our support team.

Please send the request from the email address or phone number linked to your Bhakti Plus account where possible. This helps us verify ownership before processing deletion.

How to Request Deletion

Email us at bhaktiplusapp@gmail.com with the subject line Bhakti Plus account deletion request.

Include the following details so we can find and verify your account:

  • Registered phone number
  • Registered email address, if any
  • Name on the account, if any
  • A short confirmation that you want your Bhakti Plus account deleted

What Happens Next

We may contact you to verify account ownership. After verification, account deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days.

Deleting your account may remove profile information, account access, preferences, saved content, and other personal data associated with your Bhakti Plus account.

Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may also remain for a limited period before they are deleted according to our retention schedules.
