• Application means the Bhakti Plus mobile app.
• Website means https://bhaktiplus.in.
• Service means the Bhakti Plus website, mobile app, and related features.

• You or User means any person using the Service.

• Service Provider means third-party companies or individuals who help us operate, improve, secure, or monetize the Service.

3.2 Phone Authentication and OTP Data

If you purchase a subscription, trial, coins, digital content, or any paid feature, we may collect subscription status, plan details, transaction identifiers, payment status, refund status, billing cycle information, and related purchase records.

We do not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, app stores, or billing partners.

3.4 Content and App Activity

We may collect information about how you interact with devotional content, including content viewed, downloaded, bookmarked, liked, shared, searched, or opened inside the Service. This helps us improve recommendations and user experience.

3.5 Device, Usage, and Technical Information

5. Subscription and Trial Data

Bhakti Plus may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, monthly plans, or other digital purchases. Subscription terms, pricing, cancellation, and refund conditions are explained separately in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.

For example, if Bhakti Plus offers a 3-day trial and a ₹399/month subscription, we may use subscription and transaction data to activate premium access, manage renewals, verify payment status, prevent abuse of trials, and provide support.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to operate, secure, analyze, and monetize Bhakti Plus. These may include:

• Authentication providers such as Firebase Authentication or similar services.
• Analytics and crash reporting services such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, or similar services.
• Push notification services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Payment and billing providers such as Google Play Billing, Cashfree, PhonePe, Razorpay, or other payment partners.
• Hosting, database, storage, CDN, and infrastructure providers.
• Customer support, email, SMS, or communication providers.

These third-party services may process your information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only in the following situations:

When available, you may also delete your account directly through the Bhakti Plus app account settings.

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days, subject to verification, legal obligations, security requirements, payment records, dispute handling, and backup retention schedules.

10. Security of Your Information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in India or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your information receives appropriate protection in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

12. Children’s Privacy

Bhakti Plus is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

13. Devotional and Public Content

Bhakti Plus may provide devotional content such as mantras, lyrics, wallpapers, status images, videos, and similar spiritual content. If the Service allows users to upload, submit, comment, or publicly share content in the future, such content may be visible to others. Users should avoid posting personal, sensitive, or confidential information in public areas.

14. Copyright and Content Complaints

If you believe any content available on Bhakti Plus infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us with sufficient details at support@bhaktiplus.in. We may remove or restrict access to disputed content where appropriate.
