2. Digital Services
Bhakti Plus provides digital devotional content and related services, including but not limited to mantras, devotional lyrics, wallpapers, WhatsApp status content, and other spiritual or devotional content features.
Since Bhakti Plus primarily provides digital services and digital content, there are no physical goods to return. Any references to “returning goods”, shipping, packaging, or delivery do not apply to Our Service.
3. Subscription Plans
Bhakti Plus may offer free access, trial access, paid subscriptions, or promotional plans. Our paid subscription may include a trial period, such as a 3-day trial, followed by a recurring monthly subscription fee, such as ₹399 per month, unless changed or updated in the app, website, payment page, or app store listing.
Subscription pricing, trial duration, billing frequency, and benefits will be shown before purchase. By purchasing a subscription, You agree to the displayed price, billing cycle, and renewal terms.
4. Trial Period
If a trial is offered, You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the paid subscription. If You do not cancel before the trial period ends, Your subscription may automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription according to the terms shown at checkout.
Trial availability may be limited to new users, specific offers, selected payment methods, or specific platforms. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or restrict trial offers where necessary.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel Your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already charged, unless required by applicable law or specifically approved under this Policy.
After cancellation, You may continue to access paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated by the applicable app store, payment provider, or subscription platform.
6. How to Cancel
The cancellation method depends on where You purchased the subscription:
- Google Play: Cancel through Your Google Play subscriptions settings.
- Apple App Store: Cancel through Your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Website or direct payment: Contact Us using the support details provided below or use any cancellation option available inside Your account.
- UPI or payment gateway subscription: Cancel through the available in-app option, payment provider mandate settings, or by contacting Us.
Deleting the Bhakti Plus app from Your device does not automatically cancel Your subscription. You must cancel the subscription using the applicable platform or payment method.
7. Refund Policy
Payments for digital content, subscriptions, and trial conversions are generally non-refundable once access to paid features has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where We determine that a refund is appropriate.
We may consider refund requests in the following cases:
- You were charged due to a technical error or duplicate transaction.
- You were charged after successfully cancelling before renewal.
- Paid features were unavailable for a significant period due to an issue caused by Us.
- Applicable law or app store policy requires a refund.
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
- You forgot to cancel before the trial or renewal date.
- You changed Your mind after using paid features.
- You stopped using the Service during an active billing period.
- You deleted the app without cancelling the subscription.
- Your device, internet connection, or third-party platform prevented access where the issue was not caused by Us.
8. App Store Purchases
If You purchased a subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, refunds and cancellations may be handled directly by Google or Apple according to their respective policies. We may not be able to issue direct refunds for purchases processed by app stores.
9. Website, UPI, or Payment Gateway Purchases
For subscriptions or payments made directly through Our website, UPI, or payment gateway partners, You may contact Us with Your registered phone number, transaction ID, payment date, and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, subject to bank, UPI, payment gateway, or platform processing timelines.
10. Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Payments
If Your payment is deducted but the subscription is not activated, please contact Us with payment proof and transaction details. If We verify that the payment was successful and access was not provided, We may either activate the subscription or initiate a refund.
Duplicate successful payments for the same subscription period may be refunded or adjusted against future subscription access, depending on the situation and applicable payment provider rules.
11. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Promotional offers, discounted trials, coupons, and limited-period offers may have special terms. Such offers may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
12. Account Suspension or Violation of Terms
If Your account is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to violation of Our Terms and Conditions, misuse of the Service, fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or unlawful activity, You may not be eligible for a refund.
